A Complex Problem
The Parks is a landmark residential project in downtown Edmonton. With 36 floors, over 300 suites, five levels of parkade, and a variety of amenities, the building needed a signage system that was both functional and visually integrated with its modern design. The challenge was to guide residents and visitors through every space using clear, cohesive wayfinding and placemaking elements.
A Simple Solution
Hi Signs partnered with Maclab Development Group and the City of Edmonton to deliver more than 850 custom signs across the building. We designed and installed directional, parkade, suite, and stairwell IDs, as well as amenity and placemaking features, using premium materials and modern finishes. Our team ensured every sign enhanced navigation and elevated the resident experience through precise fabrication and careful installation.
The Result
The Parks signage transforms the building experience. Thoughtfully designed signs guide movement, inform residents, and reinforce the contemporary vision of the project. This comprehensive approach to wayfinding has helped define The Parks as an iconic urban community in downtown Edmonton.
