Amazon’s distribution facilities near Calgary and Edmonton, encompassing a vast 7-million square feet, required a sophisticated facilities & warehouse signage system to ensure efficient product storage and distribution. The project demanded strict adherence to safety standards due to the rapid pace of construction and the need to coordinate with multiple sub-trades. Additionally, the installation of Canada’s largest Amazon ‘swoosh’ logo, measuring 66-feet in width, presented unique challenges in terms of scale and visibility.

Hi Signs tackled these challenges head-on by providing comprehensive project management solutions that included take-off drawings, content scheduling, and detailed mapping. Our team efficiently managed aerial platform work and coordinated closely with other trades to ensure safety and timely execution. We designed and installed essential signage elements such as interior column decal numbers, emergency signage, bay numbering, loading zone signage, parking lot signage, and illuminated sign cabinets, all tailored to enhance operational efficiency and navigability within these massive facilities.
