Sustainable Cedar Park Signage
A Complex Problem
Hi Signs was tasked with creating durable, sustainable cedar park signage for multiple City of Edmonton parks, including Joey Moss Park. The challenge was to produce long-lasting outdoor signs that align with our sustainability goals as a Corporate Climate Leader (CCLP).
A Simple Solution
Using ethically sourced canadian western red cedarfrom British Columbia, Hi Signs crafted sustainable cedar park signage in-house. Our Red Seal Journeyman Carpenters laminated, sandblasted, painted, and sealed each sign, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal. Cedar’s natural resistance to decay and insects, paired with our craftsmanship, guarantees longevity in harsh outdoor conditions.
The Result
The cedar signage at Joey Moss Park is a durable, eco-friendly solution that reflects Hi Signs’ commitment to sustainability. With its natural beauty and resilience, this signage enhances the park’s environment while minimizing environmental impact.
