Arc’teryx required retail & brand signage that reflected its precision-driven, performance-focused identity while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding mountain architecture. The goal was to create exterior signage that felt technical and refined without overpowering the natural stone and wood materials of the building. The challenge was to maintain strict national brand standards while coordinating fabrication and installation across multiple partners.
A Simple Solution
Hi Signs partnered with TDH Experiential Fabricators, Arc’teryx’s national signage provider, to deliver a cohesive retail & brand signage package. Illuminated acrylic letters with embedded LEDs provide clean visibility, while pin-mounted, router-cut aluminum logos introduce depth and precision against stone and charred wood surfaces. Banff Sign Co coordinated locally with the general contractor to ensure seamless installation.

The completed retail & brand signage reinforces Arc’teryx’s commitment to craftsmanship and restraint. The combination of illumination, dimensional aluminum, and natural materials creates a strong yet understated brand presence that aligns with Arc’teryx’s elevated retail experience.
