Municipal Wayfinding Signs
Effective wayfinding signage can help promote local businesses and encourage visitors to explore the area. This can help increase foot traffic and support local economies. Wayfinding signs can help visitors find attractions, landmarks, and other points of interest, which can enhance their overall experience.
Based on the wayfinding strategy designed by Cygnus Design Group, Hi Signs implemented community wayfinding for the Town of Okotoks, which included directional signage, finger posts, monoliths and maps. The town is known for its natural beauty, with the nearby Rocky Mountains providing a stunning backdrop to the town’s rolling hills and prairies. Okotoks is also home to a number of parks and green spaces, including the Sheep River Valley Natural Area and the Crystal Ridge Golf Club. Okotoks is also a thriving community with a vibrant downtown area that features a variety of shops, restaurants, and other businesses.
