Modular Signage Systems
A Complex Problem
The City needed a cohesive and adaptable modular signage system across its parks and trail networks to enhance navigation and provide a seamless experience for users. The goal was to implement a modular signage system that could adapt to environmental changes, new trails, or updated information without the need for costly and time-intensive replacements. The solution also needed to support accessibility and easy maintenance for future updates to destination names and maps.
A Simple Solution
Hi Signs delivered a unified modular wayfinding system tailored for the City’s parks and trails. This innovative system features interchangeable panels that allow for quick updates, reducing long-term maintenance costs and making future modifications hassle-free. Each sign provides clear, consistent, and user-friendly information, with visible distances to aid pacing and enhance user confidence.
The Result
The new wayfinding system has transformed the City’s outdoor spaces into a more navigable and enjoyable environment. By empowering users with reliable information, the signage promotes an accessible, stress-free experience for recreational users like hikers, runners, and cyclists. The modular design ensures this system remains adaptable, cost-effective, and easy to maintain, providing lasting value for the City and its residents.
