Forest Park Hotel in Jasper, Alberta, required an update to its hotel wayfinding signage system following a brand transformation under new ownership. The challenge was to create a seamless and enjoyable navigation experience for guests, guiding them efficiently to various facilities like rooms, common areas, and amenities. The existing signage was outdated and no longer aligned with the new brand identity, potentially causing confusion for guests.

A detailed needs analysis ensured the new signage would be both intuitive and aligned with the hotel’s brand. The project included designing, fabricating, and installing signs, with old materials ethically recycled or disposed of.
