A Complex Problem
When Amazon expanded its footprint in Alberta with several massive distribution centers, they needed a signage partner capable of delivering at scale. The challenge was to produce thousands of consistent, high-quality signs across millions of square feet while coordinating with multiple trades and completing high-elevation installations within a demanding construction schedule.
A Simple Solution
Hi Signs led the full signage rollout across Amazon’s Calgary and Edmonton facilities, delivering over 6,500 custom signs and 16,000 column decals. From safety and directional signage to illuminated exterior features, every element was built for clarity, durability, and brand alignment. By working closely with painters and other trades, our team ensured that installation happened at the right moment for clean adhesion and lasting results.
The Result
This project became a benchmark in large-scale industrial signage. It included what was, at the time, the largest Amazon swoosh logo in North America and remains a standout example of operational excellence. The signage continues to support efficient navigation and reinforce Amazon’s presence across key Alberta facilities.
