Comprehensive Sign Design Plans

A Complex Problem

Building owners and developers often struggle with maintaining a cohesive visual identity across their properties, especially when dealing with multiple tenants each with their own branding requirements. The challenge is to create a unified sign system that not only complements the architectural features of the property but also adheres to local bylaws and regulations, ensuring consistency and legal compliance.

A Simple Solution

Hi Signs leverages its extensive experience in understanding and applying local and national sign regulations to develop Comprehensive Sign Design Plans (CSDP) for clients. By providing a detailed blueprint that specifies the size, shape, color, font, materials, and placement of signs, we ensure that all signage reflects the property’s aesthetic and meets regulatory standards. Our team also offers exclusive design-build services to tenants, ensuring that each sign aligns with the overall design standard while accommodating individual branding needs.

The Result

Through our Comprehensive Sign Design Plans, Hi Signs has successfully upheld the iconic look and feel of developments like the Town of Banff, where we have been setting signage standards since 1986. Our approach not only protects the image integrity of the properties we serve but also streamlines the process for tenants to follow clear, consistent guidelines. This method guarantees that all signage is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with all local bylaws, enhancing the property’s appeal and value.
