Uniform Building Signage, Channel Letters

A comprehensive sign design plan ensures all signs throughout the building are consistent in size, color, style, and typeface. This helps create a cohesive look and feel for the building and reinforces the brand image. Ritchie Market is a great example of neighbourhood beautification and redevelopment, offering a group of unique business under one roof. Each business of the occupying businesses are bespoke in nature, offering specialty services, however the exterior signage is consistent and complimentary to the architecture of the building. Transcend Coffee Roasters, ACME Meat Market, Blind Enthusiasm Brewery and Duchess Bakery create a beautiful synergy in the quite community of Ritchie.

Hi Signs provided both interior and exterior sign plans for the development, as well as fabrication and installation. In fact, when the owner of the development was seeking a signage partner, the decision to choose Hi Signs was that our account representative answered emails in the evening, a testament to our commitment to customer service. Despite Hi Signs being higher in overall price, the ‘value’ created was incomparable to other signage providers. To this date, Hi Signs continues to offer service and craftsmanship warranty for Ritchie Market.
