Through improved business practices, we’re reducing material off-cuts and upgrading equipment to eliminate unnecessary steps which previously used excessive vinyls and non-recyclable components. We have invested in higher efficiency HVAC systems resulting in year-over-year Natural Gas reductions of 30.1% (from 7,180 GJ to 5,014 GJ).
We’ve made an investment in office and shop lighting (retrofit from fluorescent to LED). This has resulted in a year-over-year Power reduction of 4.1% (from 307,700 kWh to 295,218 kWh).
