We want to understand
your goals, budget &
timeline.
Client onboarding is a crucial process as it sets the foundation for a successful design-build project, and it sets the stage for a long-term relationship. Hi Signs offers a complete solution from design, creation, and management services.
We want to understand your goals, budget, and timeline to ensure we’re a great fit and then tailor our services accordingly:
Design.
Throughout the onboarding process, it’s important for our design team to maintain open communication with our clients, and to ensure that our client is involved and informed at every step. This ensures a successful outcome for the project, and total satisfaction.
01. Introduction
The design team will introduce themselves to the client and provide a brief overview of the design process. This is an opportunity to establish a rapport with the client and ensure that they understand the design team’s approach to the project.
02. Project Briefing
The client will provide a detailed brief of the project, including the project goals, target audience, timeline, budget, and any other relevant information. The design team will ask clarifying questions to ensure they have a full understanding of the project requirements.
03. Proposal and Contract
Based on the project brief and research, the design team will present a proposal to the client, including a detailed project plan, timeline, and budget. Once the proposal is accepted, a contract will be signed to formalize the agreement between the client and design team.
04. Research and Analysis
Depending whether you’re supplying detailed design drawings or if it’s within our scope, the design team conducts research to gain a better understanding of the client’s brand, target audience, and material selection. This step can be highly valuable in setting the tone for the entire project, including cost-saving discovery to create the highest quality and impact while also value-engineering solutions in the planning & design stage.
05. Design Concept Development
The design team will develop several design concepts that meet the project requirements and present them to the client for feedback. The client will provide feedback and the design team will refine the concepts until a final design is agreed upon.
06. Design Execution
The design team will then execute the final design, including any revisions or changes requested by the client.
07. Presentation and Delivery
The design team will present the final design to the client, including any supporting documentation or files required for implementation. Once the client has approved the final design, the design team will deliver all necessary files and provide any necessary support to ensure the client is satisfied with the end result.
Design-Build.
Design-build projects combine the design and construction processes into one seamless process, reducing time, costs and effort. Design-build projects reduce risks by allowing early identification and resolution of potential problems, reducing the likelihood of cost overruns and delays. It also offers increased flexibility and improved quality control.
