TSR Account Manager (Customer Service Representative)

We are presently seeking an Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Main Duties:

  • Provide quotations for traffic, safety, and rental products, including sign stands, posts, hardware, traffic signs, cones, delineators, and specialized equipment like speed radar signs and LED stop signs.
  • Manage customer orders from inception to completion, including invoicing, processing credit card payments, arranging drop shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with the art department and clients for graphic design proofs, collecting feedback, and obtaining final approval for production.
  • Efficiently handle incoming leads and inquiries through the group inbox and answer phone calls during regular hours of operation.
  • Utilize the TSR Playbook for product specifications and quoting, and maintain a strong understanding of mark-up/margin and profitability.
  • Monitor and process online website orders through eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce and other websites owned by the company).
  • Maintain positive interactions with team members and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Freshbooks, Jonas, Google Suite, and various eCommerce platforms
  • Familiarity with the TSR Pricing and Purchasing Portal.
  • Strong knowledge of the Alberta Transportation (traffic signs & supply) industry.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within the traffic and safety industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
